Tokyo aims to limit the rise in average global temperature to 1.5°C and sets a goal of net zero CO2 emissions by 2050. In December 2019, TMG formulated the “Zero Emission Tokyo Strategy” which summarizes our vision for realizing this goal, as well as specific initiatives and roadmaps.
At the same time, we formulated “Tokyo Plastic Strategy” with detailed initiatives.
